Terms of service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These terms of service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and omegas.dev, the operator of Omegas ("Omegas", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of omegas.dev and the Omegas service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.
1. The Service
Omegas provides AI agents that perform work in third-party applications you connect to your account (for example Slack, email, and other apps connected through Pipedream). Agents read data from your connected accounts, propose and carry out actions, and record what they did in evidence trails you can review. The Service is a tool operated under your direction; it is not a substitute for your own professional, legal, financial, or other expert judgment.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by agents you configure and by people you invite to your workspace. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. Notify us at noureddin@omegas.dev promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Connected accounts and agent actions
When you connect a third-party application, you authorize Omegas to access that application on your behalf, within the permissions granted by the connection, and you instruct our agents to act in it as your agent. You are responsible for having the right to connect each account (including, where an account belongs to your employer or another organization, that organization's permission) and for complying with each connected application's own terms of service.
3.1 Approval gates
Actions that write to or change data in a connected account ("write actions") are, by default, held for your explicit approval before they run. When you approve a proposed action, you are directing the Service to perform it, and you accept responsibility for that action and its consequences in the connected account, as if you had performed it yourself. Review proposed actions before approving them.
3.2 Automations you configure
The Service may let you configure automations or policies that permit certain actions to run without a per-action approval. If you enable such a configuration, actions taken under it are treated as approved by you in advance, and you remain responsible for them. You can review the evidence record of every action the Service performed.
3.3 Limits of AI output
The Service uses large language models. Model output can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose despite our safeguards. You are responsible for evaluating output and proposed actions before relying on or approving them, particularly where errors could cause harm (money, legal obligations, communications sent to other people).
4. Wallet, billing, and payments
The Service is billed through a prepaid wallet. You deposit funds in advance, and usage of the Service (including model usage and agent runs) is drawn down from your wallet balance at the rates displayed in the Service at the time of use. Rates may change; changes apply to usage after the change takes effect, not retroactively to your existing balance.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; your payment information is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Usage already consumed is not refundable. Once wallet funds have been drawn down for completed usage, that amount will not be refunded, including where you were dissatisfied with the output.
- Unused wallet balance: if you close your account, you may request a refund of your remaining unused balance by contacting noureddin@omegas.dev, except where the balance was granted as promotional credit or where we terminated your account for a violation of these Terms.
- Promotional or free credits have no cash value, may expire, and may be withdrawn if granted in error or obtained through abuse.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases, other than taxes on our income.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, or direct agents, to:
- violate any law or regulation, or the rights of any person;
- access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or connect third-party accounts without the permission of their owner;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive communications, or impersonate any person or entity;
- transmit malware, probe or disrupt the Service or other systems, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, approval gates, or security measures;
- develop or train a competing service using output from the Service, or resell the Service without our agreement;
- generate or distribute content that is unlawful, or that sexually exploits minors, in any circumstance.
We may suspend or limit your access, or decline to perform specific actions, where we reasonably believe use violates this section or creates risk to us, to other users, or to third parties.
6. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the data you bring to the Service, including data in your connected accounts, conversation content, and files. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: to process, store, and transmit your content in order to run agents, produce output, keep evidence records, and provide support. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. We do not sell your data.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the right to use the Service as provided. To the extent output generated for you by the Service is capable of ownership, we assign to you our rights, if any, in that output; you are responsible for how you use it.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party providers, including connected applications, Pipedream (connection infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and model and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make that affect the Service. Your use of a connected application remains governed by that application's own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that agent output or actions will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill; and (b) our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars. These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if we were advised of the possibility of the damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, actions you approved or configured agents to take in connected accounts, or your violation of law or of third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will give reasonable notice where practicable). On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 through 14) survive. Refund of unused wallet balance is handled per section 4.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify the Service over time. We may also update these Terms; if a change is material, we will give notice (for example by email or in the Service) before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Omegas is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
